1. Purpose

These conditions govern the use of the MONEA Royal Mónica website and the booking process through the integrated engine. By booking, you accept these conditions and the rate conditions you select.

2. Booking process

Bookings are made through the booking engine (Hotetec). You will receive a confirmation by email. The booking is subject to availability and to the conditions of the chosen rate (cancellation, prepayment, board).

3. Prices and payment

Prices shown on the site are indicative, "from" prices, and include applicable taxes (Canary Islands IGIC) unless otherwise stated. The final price is confirmed by dates during the booking process. Payment is made according to the selected rate.

4. Cancellations and changes

Cancellation and change conditions depend on the contracted rate and are detailed in the booking engine before confirming. We recommend reviewing them carefully.

5. Guest obligations

The guest agrees to provide accurate details, respect the hotel rules (timetables, no smoking in rooms, quiet from 11:00 pm) and pay for services consumed that are not included in their board.

6. Changes to services

MONEA Royal Mónica reserves the right to modify services and facilities for operational or seasonal reasons, informing where possible.

7. Liability

The hotel is responsible for the correct provision of the contracted services in accordance with applicable tourism regulations. It is not liable for items not deposited in the safe or for services provided by third parties.

8. Applicable law

These conditions are governed by Spanish law and the tourism regulations of the Canary Islands.
