Hotel + Flight

This page sets out the conditions that apply when you book flight + hotel as a single package on this website. They do not apply if you book accommodation only: in that case our Terms & Conditions apply.
1. Who organises the package holiday
MAARLAB RETHINKING SLU, tax ID B76811868, ATOL licence number 12023, registered at C/ Ramón y Cajal, 53, Santa Cruz de Tenerife (Spain), acts as the travel agency organising the flight + hotel packages, in accordance with Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, which approves the consolidated text of the General Act for the Protection of Consumers and Users.
The owner of this website and of the accommodation is VENEGAS 90.0, S.L. (the company operating the MONEA Hotels & Resorts brand), tax ID B76010032, registered office at Calle Doctor Verneau, 1, Oficina 108, 35001 Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Establishment: MONEA Royal Mónica, C/ Irlanda nº 1, 35580 Playa Blanca (Yaiza), Lanzarote, Las Palmas. Phone +34 928 51 77 77. Email legal@monea.com. VENEGAS 90.0, S.L. provides the accommodation. It does not organise or sell the package holiday: the organiser is the party liable to the traveller for it, with the obligations that Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 places on it.

2. The flight
The flight deposit is non-refundable.
Cancelling or changing the contracted services may incur management and cancellation fees payable by the booking holder, in addition to any amounts notified to you for such cases. All of this is subject to the conditions of the air fare you contract and to the organiser's terms, which you see before confirming.
3. The accommodation
The accommodation cancellation policy is the one attached to the Hotel + Flight rate you choose. It is detailed in the booking engine before you confirm.
Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes (Canary Islands IGIC) unless otherwise stated. The final price is confirmed by dates during the booking process.
Cancellation of the whole package and its refund are handled by the organiser, MAARLAB RETHINKING SLU, under the terms shown before you confirm the booking.
4. Transport conditions
Refunds: transport is non-refundable.
Online check-in: to avoid extra charges and save time at the airport, we recommend checking in on the airline's website, usually available 24 to 48 hours before departure. Write to us if you need help.
Transit visa: an airport transit visa may be required on connecting flights. Without the necessary visas, the airline may refuse you boarding.
Connecting flights: when flying with several airlines you usually have to collect your luggage and check it in again at each airport. That means leaving the airport transit area, which increases the risk of visa complications.
Luggage: extra baggage prices are non-refundable. If baggage cannot be purchased during the booking process, contact the airline directly.
Seats: the fare you contract may include seat selection. It is managed after booking, with your reference, on the airline's website.
Low-cost airlines: if your flight is operated by a low-cost airline, check its special conditions. Some require an online verification process to complete check-in, at an additional cost per booking and with valid photo ID.
5. Financial protection
The organiser states ATOL licence number 12023. ATOL protection is a United Kingdom scheme, and the organiser states it for departures from the United Kingdom only.
If you depart from Spain or from another European Union country, insolvency protection is the guarantee that Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 requires of the organiser, who must give you its details in the pre-contract information and in the package travel contract.

The establishment has official complaint forms available to guests. These conditions are governed by Spanish law and the tourism regulations of the Canary Islands.
